FEEDBACK FROM CLIENTS
What They Are Saying
I had the pleasure of working with JRN for a short film documenting my working practice and some interviews to camera at my studio in Herefordshire.
The service they provided was outstanding. The boys from JRN were professional, courteous, unobtrusive and a pleasure to work with. They offered endless creative possibilities within what was needed from the job, were very flexible with the hours, and came up with numerous solutions for how we were going to get what was needed for the final film.
Technical experts, seemingly ready for any eventuality, friendly, courteous and capable of finding the best results from (in my case!) a relatively tricky environment to film in. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Give them a call, they won’t disappoint.

JRNVisuals worked with our 2 Primary Schools to produce promotional videos. From start to finish the service offered by James and Robert was absolutely fantastic. The process started with meetings to plan the project where they listened to our ideas and came up with some suggested shots. During filming they were extremely flexible and adapted well to the high paced environment they were shooting in. James and Rob were polite and courteous and interacted well with both the adults and children they worked with. We were really impressed with the speed at which the first edit was given to us and it was clear our brief had been carefully listened to and understood. We requested a couple of edits which were made almost immediately before being provided with the finished video which we could not have been happier with.
I would not hesitate to recommend JRN to others and look forward to working with them again in the future.

As a school we wanted to include video as part of promotional mix because we felt that this would provide a lively and vibrant vision of the school. We wanted something that really gave a feeling of what it was like to be here and getting the experiences that the children get every day.
We chose JRNVisuals initially because they had been students at the school only a couple of years previously and so knew the environment and surroundings well and we knew them. It very quickly became apparent that the level of professionalism shown by James and Rob was second to none and the care taken to ensure that they knew what we wanted as a school was very thorough. Our initial meeting with them made us feel confident that they knew and understood our requirements and what it was that we wanted to achieve.
Working with JRNVisuals was very easy. They were well prepared and ready for the many locations that they filmed in around the school. There was little disruption to the school day and throughout their time on location they put both the staff and the students at ease. The reassurances that they gave about the final product and what they were visualising removed any worry and enabled us to focus on meeting the tight deadlines we had to ensure that all 3 schools within the Aylestone federation were met in terms of both the filming and the editing.
The editing process was quick and easy. We had the first edit within 2 days of the completion of the filming. Once we had agreed the edits that we wanted, the final published version was received and on our website within a week of filming.
We absolutely love the videos that James and Rob produced and we were so impressed with the work that they put into the production of such fantastic videos for the federation. Having now worked with JRNVisuals on this project we would not hesitate to invite them back to work on any of our future marketing projects whether video or photography. Indeed we have already agreed that we would like them to return to work with us again in the future.
